Arsenal’s injury woes was compounded yesterday with news that 20 year old Spanish right back, Hector Bellerin has suffered a groin injury and could be out for a while.
— Arsenal FC (@Arsenal) November 3, 2015
This means that the young Spaniard will not take part in the club’s crucial Champions League tie against Bayern Munich and he is likely to be replaced by Mathieu Debuchy.
As usual, fans of the club took to Twitter to express their shock and disappointment over the news. More shocking for a lot of the fans is not the fact that Bellerin is injured but the fact that Debuchy would be playing.
I hope by the end of today we won't have bants like "stop trying to be a bellerin when you're just a debuchy"

FFS I just found out that Bellerin is injured. Well that's all our chances gone down the drain. Debuchy will be murdered by Costa.

It wasn’t all doom and gloom for Debuchy, someone finally had some words of respite
Dear Debuchy, Don't listen to the devil, you can do this.
